- Adding water to hot wax can be dangerous, so please avoid doing this.
- Hot wax can cause burns, so please be careful when handling it.
- Do not ingest our wax melts. If accidentally eaten, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
- Keep your burner out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.
- For optimal use, place your burner in a well-ventilated area that is not near any drafts.
- Do not leave unattended
- Make sure to extinguish the tea light before you go to sleep or leave the house.
- Ensure you remove the packaging from wax melts before use.
- Our wax melts contain dye, so be cautious and avoid contact with fabrics as melted wax may cause staining.
- To prevent accidents, please do not transport your burner while it is in use as melted wax can spill and cause burns.
- Keep our wax melts in a safe place away from children as they may smell or look like sweets and should not be eaten.
- Wax melts will eventually lose its scent. Please discard wax melts properly and do not pour melted wax down the drain.
Dispatch time
Our Wax Melt’s are carefully crafted in small batches and hand-poured, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. However, please note that delivery times may vary and we kindly ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your wax melts to arrive from the day you place your order. If you require your melts sooner, perhaps for a special gift, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to expedite the process.
We offer free second-class delivery for orders over £20, so you can enjoy our luxurious products without any additional cost. However, if you’d like to upgrade to a first-class postage service, please note that additional fees will apply and will be added at checkout. For orders under £20, both first and second-class postage options are available to choose from.
Postal packaging
With the rise of living costs, it is important to Wicks Way to keep pricing low and affordable. To achieve this, where possible, our postal packaging may be from recycled and reused products.
Returns
if you decide to return an unwanted item, please note that you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please provide photos of both the damaged item and packaging and email them to info@wickswaycandles.co.uk.
