Perfect as a gift or for creating a cosy atmosphere during the holidays. It’s got the Gingerbread and the spice without being too sickly sweet. A festive favourite.

Wax

Soy wax is an excellent choice for candle enthusiasts as it burns slowly due to its low melting point and produces little to no soot, as long as the wick is trimmed, as we remind all our customers to do. In addition, soy wax is derived from Soy Beans and is a renewable and carbon-neutral vegetable wax, making it an eco-friendly option. Each candle offers up to 40 hours of burn time, providing long-lasting enjoyment.

Something to bear in mind…
Soy wax is a natural product therefore your candle may set with a slightly uneven or bumpy surface. This does not affect the scent or the length of time the candle will burn for.

Health and Safety

To ensure safe and optimal candle burning, follow these tips:

• Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting the candle.
• Keep the wax pool clear of debris and avoid drafts or air currents.
• It is recommended not to burn candles for more than four hours at a time and to never place them near flammable materials.
• Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets and discontinue burning a candle when only 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
• Place burning candles at least three inches apart.
• Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, trim the wick
• Never leave a candle burning unattended overnight.
• Use a candle snuffer to prevent hot wax from splattering.

Dispatch time

Each candle is made in small batches and hand-poured, resulting in a unique and high-quality product. Please note that delivery times may take 5-7 working days from the day you place your order. However, if you require the candle sooner, such as for a gift, please get in touch with us, and we will prioritise your order. Orders over £20 include a second-class delivery service, and if you prefer a first-class postage service, additional costs will be added at the checkout.

Postal packaging

With the rise of living costs, it is important to Wicks Way to keep pricing low and affordable. To achieve this, where possible, our postal packaging may be from recycled and reused products.

Returns

If you decide to return an unwanted item, please note that you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please provide photos of both the damaged item and packaging and email them to info@wickswaycandles.co.uk.
